Job Description

• Create visually appealing and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, XHS).
• Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure every piece of content maximizes engagement, traffic, and reach, and boosts sales.
• Manage all Company’s social media accounts which include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, XHS, and TikTok.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on all social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activities.
• Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.
• [BONUS] Able to conduct LIVE Streaming to introduce, promote, and demonstrate Company's products as a Host on various online platforms.
• [BONUS] Preparing livestream devices and organizing displayed products before livestream.
• [BONUS] Develop and produce interesting and engaging content for broadcast/live stream with the audience.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing creative content across different social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing tools (e.g., Capcut), and social media scheduling platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies is a plus.
