As part of our Servicing Team, you’ll work closely with experienced mentors across creative, tech, and strategy. - Support the Digital Manager in managing client accounts and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks between internal teams and clients.
- Prepare clear briefs for the creative and technical departments.
- Track progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timelines.
- Analyse campaign data and report on performance insights.
- Contribute proactive ideas and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Fresh graduates or junior executives (1–2 years’ experience) are welcome.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or any field that shows you can think clearly and communicate well.
- Strong English—written, spoken, and comfortable presenting ideas.
- Comfortable with PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets.
- Organised, detail-minded, and able to keep calm when things get busy.
- Curious and eager to learn the ropes of digital marketing.
- Bonus: You’ve dabbled in social media management, content creation, campaign coordination, or basic analytics.
