Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee platform sales channel (Shopee/Lazada/Own Store)
- Management of product listing and sales processing
- Report generation for the Marketing team to optimize sales performance
- Assist in content development and ideation for social media such as Instagram and TikTok
- Analyse social media metrics for the improvement of brand engagement and brand loyalty for our clients.
- Work closely with performance marketing lead to create engaging social media ads.
- Analyse and amend copy for products on the website to optimize for SEO Google ranking.
- Strategize for development and optimizations across ecommerce related surface areas, such as customer stories, video content, landing pages, email and sales enablement collateral.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities.
- Experience in e-commerce community management and community management experience is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of marketing in Malaysia and a basic understanding of paid social campaigns.
- You have a keen eye for content and is on top of new trends and viral content.
- You are keen to join a team dedicated to building a creative and impactful brand.
