Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsible for the planning and executing of all manufacturing test procedures & FA samples submission.
2. Responsible to manage and resolve all the technical issues of the manufacturing process.
3. Maintaining Quality System relevant to Engineering so that all procedures are followed.
4. Conduct appropriate technical training to in-house workforce and identify appropriate fixtures or jigs.
5. Install and maintain all test equipment and establish appropriate test procedures.
6. Participate in Development Review to ensure that all products developed adhere to the appropriate standards/requirements.
7. Initiate and derive the optimum and efficient process flow-chart to enhance the efficiency, quality & productivity of the products.
8. Approval of Prototype, FA Sample, ECN, and Route ticket prior to production.
9. Assist & support any technical enquiry from the customer.
10. Provide customer service on any request from the customer.
11. Travel to customer sites at short notice.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
2. 2 - 3 years related working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Able to innovate and work independently.
4. Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & IATF 16949 standards.
5. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
6. Able to communicate and interact effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage for communication with China suppliers.
7. Computer literate.
