Job Description

• Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.
• Improve production efficiency by planning and analyzing process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Handle & follow up on product ECN/DN.
• Manage product transfers from other sites to Malaysia, including detailed parts drawing, assembly drawing, and preparation of Bill of Materials.
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by Superior/Management.
• Train and supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve targets.
• Ensure all production activities and processes comply with ISO standards and mandatory regulations.
• Ensure sufficient stock of spare parts for smooth operation and continuous running to meet customer delivery.
• Be responsible for capacity, productivity, and quality control of products from the production line.
• Evaluate processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, and conferring with vendor requirements.
• Plan manpower efficiently to achieve labor efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
