Job Responsibility
- Production Support:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of production lines.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Handle raw materials and feed them into production machinery.
- Manual Labor:
- Load and unload materials, products, and equipment.
- Move finished products to storage or shipping areas.
- Perform assembly and packaging tasks as required.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
- Miscellaneous:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Education: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various production environments, which may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Working Conditions
- The role may require working in overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
- The work environment can be physically demanding and may involve exposure to various production-related hazards.
