About The Job

This is a critical role in leading masterplan developments, overseeing project planning, design, and cost control functions to establish a strong project plan with clear and achievable goals and timeline

• To coordiante the creation of masterplan, layouts, and infrastructure
• To oversee external stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
• To execute all planning activities in accordance to business plans
• To coordinate interdepartmental efforts and achieve optimum resource allocation
• To define requirements for profitability, management approvals, and cost planning
• To oversee the execution of thorough research and planning to evaluate development potentials of new or exisiting land

Skills & Experiences Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Urban & Town Planning/Civil Engineering/Architecture or any equivalent
• Proven track record in project & master planning
