• Junior Software Developer(s)

We have a few openings for Junior Software Developers for fresh graduates or developers with less than 1 year working experience, that are looking to kick-start a long term career path in software development.

If you have basic programming skills without formal education in IT/Computer Studies and are determined to pursue a career in software development, we would like to hear from you too.

On-the-job training and coaching will be provided to you.

Requirements:

A fresh graduate (Diploma/Degree/etc) who has the following qualities:

1. Enthusiastic and creative in providing innovative solutions to challenging problems.
2. A strong sense of ownership, urgency, drive, independence, resourcefulness, result-oriented, as well as an analytical thinker with an insatiable thirst for knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements from the functional, usability, and supportability aspects.
2. Formulates plans outlining steps required to develop programs, using structured analysis and design.
3. Converts requirement and design specifications, using flowcharts and diagrams, into a sequence of detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into a language processable by computer, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages.
4. Replaces, deletes, or modifies codes to correct errors.
5. Analyses, reviews, and alters programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
6. Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
7. Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
8. Assists users in solving operating problems.
9. Recreates steps taken by users to locate the source of problems and rewrites programs to correct errors.
10. Provides technical assistance to support personnel.
11. Monitors performance of programs after implementation.
