In the Business Management team of Softinn, we believe in great attention to detail (a.k.a meticulous) and continuous improvement of business & operational processes.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Finance, accounting, business analysis, and company growth and have the potential to grow into a managerial role .

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle a full set of accounts on time. Knowledge of SST & e-Invoicing is a plus point.
  • Accurately & effectively perform bookkeeping of accounts .
  • Prepare financial reports, and compile business reports for management.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer account renewal, invoicing & follow up.
  • Compile Softinn product knowledge base and user guides .
  • Conduct Softinn product training for existing customers (Online Training).
  • Analyze existing customer account usage & monitor customer retention rate.
  • Monitor the performance of other departments, and facilitate them in achieving their target.
  • Be ready for any other office and business administrative tasks that are required.
  • Be the first contact person in the office .

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a customer-facing role or any of the related field .
  • Possess fundamental finance & accounting knowledge .
  • Competent in using Accounting Software & System .
  • Typing Speed : Minimum 200 CPM or 50WPM.
  • Excellent listening & writing skills, critical thinker with attention to details.
  • Meticulous, organized, and good at time management.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Excellent in execution & presentation.
  • Proficient in IT and Computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Able to think critically and develop creative solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (plus point).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Not Mandatory but BONUS if:

  • Familiar with the WAVE accounting system.
  • Familiar with Excel PowerQuery.
  • Familiar with video editing software.
  • Understanding of e-commerce.
  • Knowledge and interest in the travel tech industry.

Melaka branch Only.

Salary Range:

RM 2,300 to RM 3,200.
