Train, Coach and Assess the implementation of the Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and the relevant Advanced Carlsberg Excellence Processes and Standards. Actively support the priorities deployment at all functions & levels of the production and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
People Management:
- Responsible for the development of direct reports and their teams – ensuring competencies and skills are aligned with business and company needs/vision.
- Responsible to ensure people (direct reports) performance management processes are followed – regular individual performance reviews are carried and people performance managed effectively and according to HR standards.
- Builds people capability throughout the organisation fully utilising the community to gather momentum and grow individuals.
Process Management:
- Leads and supports implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations, ensuring full compliance or clear action plan to close gaps of the self-assessments.
- Supports the delivery of integrated Tactical Implementation Plans with specific focus on Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and Carlsberg Excellence Advanced tools.
- Facilitates implementation of Advanced Functional tools within Functions. Ensures Carlsberg Excellence foundations are implemented with the highest quality and in line with group & local standards, across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Accountable for the development of Leadership Team within Carlsberg Excellence framework.
- Responsible for training and ensuring problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day performance gaps and issues bringing a Zero Loss mindset.
- Responsible for facilitating Carlsberg Excellence best practice sharing externally and internally.
- Responsible for actively contributing to the development of site strategy as part of the site senior management team.
- Promotes COM compliance and coordinates the scheduling of COM self-assessments & on-time completion of identified gaps.
Performance Management:
- Reviews Carlsberg Excellence practices, successes & failures with the objective of constantly meeting the challenging business targets.
- Deploys Carlsberg Excellence targets to End to end functions and leads the development of the implementation approach in alignment with Group targets.
- Supports and in some specific cases owns the delivery of business objectives using the Focused Improvement cycles.
- Facilitates constant internal and external benchmarking.
Functional Specific Management:
- Ensures sufficient resource is allocated to key initiatives (internal or external).
- Ensure Carlsberg Excellence targets are implicitly understood and managed efficiently.
- Ensures compliance to Carlsberg Excellence standards. Facilitates workshops, activities and trainings for delivered budgeted target results as required.
- Participates and supports preparation of Monthly Performance Review meetings and follow up on key topics.
- Develops the understanding of Carlsberg Excellence across all levels of the organization, i.e. everyone knows their contribution.
- Is a coach and mentor to everyone during implementation of Carlsberg Excellence Foundations and Advanced tools, for the best quality and results through application.
- Ensures implementation plans are met according to deadlines removing any road blocks and escalating when needed.
Requirements:
- University degree or necessary experience from relative position in Supply Chain.
- 5 years’ experience within a Production & Supply Chain operations environment role (direct responsibility).
- At least 3 years at management level.
- Proven experience in managing change, and implement improvement programs (Operational Excellence, Lean, TPM, SixSigma) to achieve budgeted targets.
- Fluent in local language and English (spoken and written).
- Strive for Perfection / Continuous improvement by having a “Zero Loss” and “Customer Oriented” mindset.
