  • Leading and motivating a team: Setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration.
  • Strategic planning: Aligning departmental objectives with organizational goals.
  • Performance management: Evaluating individuals and teams, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Project management: Overseeing projects, ensuring timely completion, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Communication: Communicating goals, expectations, and facilitating team and interdepartmental communication.
  • Decision-making: Making strategic choices, resolving conflicts, and allocating resources.
  • Policy and compliance: Implementing company policies, adhering to regulations, and ensuring department compliance.
  • Continuous improvement: Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Employee development: Identifying training needs and supporting team members' professional growth.
  • Reporting: Regularly preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management.
  • Scheduling: Ensure schedules are at its optimal and have enough manpower during each shift.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading and collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and design tools like Canva.
  • Possess valuable experience in the dynamic F&B industry, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a demanding environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver good service.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and effectively addressing customer concerns positively and proactively.
