Job Responsibility

⢠Minimum of High School Education.

⢠Proficiency in English & Cantonese Dialect due to the location of clients in Hongkong

⢠Must be able to read and type traditional Chinese words

⢠Willingness to work shifts inclusive of Public Holidays and weekends

⢠Working shift 9am - 6pm and 12pm - 9pm

⢠Work from Home with Internet connection

⢠Positive disposition

⢠Basic level of IT competency (MS Office and Windows Applications).

⢠Passion for Customer Service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

This role is to support a home entertainment product in assisting customer related matters and enquiries via various channels of communications such as call, email and online chat.

⢠Provide inbound calls with accurate and complete information.

⢠Assist the customer satisfaction initiative for Hong Kong clients.

⢠Assist customers to resolve service issues with product features and provide guidance.

⢠Consistently maintain service standards within set KPIs in regard to customer service.

⢠Follow through on any outstanding issues and provide timely responses.

⢠Handle complaints tactfully and take corrective actions within guidelines.

⢠No selling required. Product & System Training will be provided in our Ipoh Office.
