Customer Service & Operation Officer (4 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ orders from start to end process, order processing to billing.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Handle import shipment procedures and arrangement via sea, land & air.
• Communicate with customers & suppliers on orders & shipment arrangement.
• Work closely with forwarders/carriers/transporters/warehouse for shipping arrangement, shipping documents and clearance of cargo.
• Process GRN in the system, issue DO and Invoice to customers.
• Process and verify all suppliers billing.
• Prepare monthly reports for shipping and trucking volume.
• Undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Min SPM/Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent field.
• 1 year of experience in related field with good knowledge and background in shipping logistics. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Possess knowledge of Incoterms.
• Able to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency required.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint is required, and SAP system will be an advantage.
• Good command in English, spoken and written. Spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
