Supervisor

Job Responsibility

• Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain.
• Take a lead role on customer service & product display.
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service.
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Ensuring all audit standards are complied with.
• Minimum 2 years experiences.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma
• Experience in Food and Beverages.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Must be a team player, must be able to communicate at all levels.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to all situation.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
• Energetic, vibrant and outgoing candidates
• Possess good customer services
• Able to work on retail hours and public holidays
• Possess own transport
• Proficient in MS Office
• 6 days in a week
