Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the project team in preparing schedule, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projects.
2. Oversee project progress and costs to ensure compliance with contractual obligation and budget constraints.
3. Collaborate with engineering and QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to applicable codes, practices, quality standards, and specifications.
4. Organize regular progress meetings with consultants, the main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers to review project status and keep the management team informed of any issues.
5. Monitor on-site progress and provide constructive feedback to management.
6. Work closely with management and the project team, demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years working experience in project management.
3. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client interactions.
5. Excellent liaison skills with government agencies, local authorities, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project implementation.
6. Strong leadership, presentation, and analytical skills.
