Job Responsibility
- Coordinate, supervise and monitor daily progress of sub-contractors to ensure deadline is met, as well as maintaining quality assurance of work.
- Ensure own company colleagues' work are lighten by your superb supervision of projects deligated.
- Report and discuss daily site issues, propose solutions and execute solution accordingly.
- Liaise and follow up with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients to effectively carry out concept design to implementation.
- Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities.
- Prepare site's daily report and monthly progress report.
- Maintain communication closely with various involved renovation parties to plan and derive delivery scheduling accurately.
- Be responsible for general site technical difficulties and problems that may arise.
- Involve in testing, commissioning activities, inspection and job handover.
- Undertake any and all other ad hoc duties and responsibilities given by the company director.
- Minimum SPM and Diploma in the related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in renovation field
- A valid CIDB card
- Capability to understand drawing
- Own transport and be willing to travel entire country
- Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required
- Ability to withstand work pressure
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management quality and is a team player
