- Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
- Build client base and network through multiple channels.
- Help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions.
- Understand clients' current financial status and future financial needs.
- Develop sound plans and budgets for clients.
- Continuously update on clients' changing needs.
- Present and sell suitable financial products and services.
- Find and approach prospective clients.
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products.
- Maintain good records of sales and after-sales.
