- Update KPI Dashboard to monitor performance metrics.
- Prepare Traffic Report and Traffic Analysis Report to analyze boutique foot traffic.
- Generate sales and after-sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized boutique filing system for easy access to documents.
- Manage appointments for sales and after-sales team efficiently.
- Respond to emails and calls promptly, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate third-party collection and delivery of stock between the Boutique and the CS Service Centre.
- Receive and inspect stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Handle cash claims, reimbursements, and coordinate with third-party collection services.
- Coordinate orders for boutique essentials such as carrier bags, stationery, and florist items.
- Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in roster planning to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Respond to ad-hoc assignments promptly and effectively.
- Manage inventory for branding supplies, ensuring availability for promotional activities.
- Assist with boutique set-up for campaigns, ensuring branding materials are displayed effectively.
- Assist in Finance-related tasks such as sending documents to the office and participating in stock takes.
