Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for the construction of the new branch, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of the construction process, from site preparation and foundation work to building construction, interior finishing, and landscaping.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project financial performance.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Monitor maintenance work for existing branch.
- Lead maintenance team.
- Apply permit and relevant licensing with relevant governing bodies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship, materials, and construction methods meet company standards and industry best practices.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders, and provide recommendations for decision-making as needed.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of the new branch facility, including coordinating commissioning activities, obtaining necessary permits, and licensing with relevant governing bodies.
- You may need to travel around branch sites and potential construction sites for inspection and monitoring purpose.
