Site Supervisor

Job Responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for the construction of the new branch, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of the construction process, from site preparation and foundation work to building construction, interior finishing, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project financial performance.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Monitor maintenance work for existing branch.
• Lead maintenance team.
• Apply permit and relevant licensing with relevant governing bodies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship, materials, and construction methods meet company standards and industry best practices.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders, and provide recommendations for decision-making as needed.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of the new branch facility, including coordinating commissioning activities, obtaining necessary permits, and licensing with relevant governing bodies.
• You may need to travel around branch sites and potential construction sites for inspection and monitoring purpose.

Job Requirements

As the Branch Project Lead, you will manage all aspects of our swim school branch building project, from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning. You will collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and designers to ensure the successful execution of the project within established timelines, budget, and quality standards.
