About the Role
JK Integrated Planning Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Agency Growth Executive to join our office-based team in Subang Jaya. You will play a key role in recruiting, guiding, and developing new agents, ensuring steady agency growth and long-term success. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leadership and professional development within the insurance and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
-Proactively recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
-Support new agents in completing licensing requirements and onboarding processes.
-Monitor and guide agent performance to meet company standards.
-Collaborate with management to implement growth strategies.
-Maintain a strong, positive, and professional agency environment. Requirements
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or insurance preferred (motivated fresh graduates are also welcome).
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
-Organized, proactive, and performance driven.
-Able to work full-time from the office in Subang Jaya and manage follow-ups efficiently. What We Offer
