Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bayan Lepas for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their designated region, driving customer engagement, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, generating and following up on leads, managing customer relationships, forecasting sales performance, and addressing clients' needs with tailored solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and precision automation industries
- Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel and meet clients across the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Min 10 years solid experience in sales, business development and/or product marketing
