Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
2. Employ a scripted approach to introduce and highlight product features
3. Identify and qualify leads through cold-calling and research
4. Build relationships with customers
5. Maintain accurate CRM records
6. Address objections effectively and provide feedback on customer responses/market trends
7. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements:

1. Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
2. Fluency in English is essential; bilingual is preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information
5. Speed and accuracy in typing
6. Experience in a position where meeting sales goals is an important indication of performance
7. Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills
