Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules.
- Maintain and monitor all supplier delivery and quality performance.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders issued.
- Update and maintain store documentation.
- Assist the purchaser in issuing Purchase Orders and other related documents.
- Prepare purchase reports as and when required.
- Ensure all documents are maintained in a good filing system.
Requirements:
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing & Inventory or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
