Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)

Date : 04 & 05 October 2024 (Friday & Saturday)

Venue : Impiana Hotel Ipoh

Time : 9.00am – 8.00pm (lunch time: 12.00pm to 1.00pm)

Documents required during walk-in interview:

1. Latest CV / Resume 
2. Copy of IC
3. Original and copy of academic certificate & transcript (SPM / Professional Certs / Diploma / Degree / Master and etc)
4. Copy of latest 3 months' salary slip / last 3 months’ payslip

Kindly ensure you bring your own pen to the interview.

Job Description:

• Ensure smooth and efficient management of the unit daily activities.
• Ensure all complaint pertaining to registration and discharge issues regarding policies, procedures, charges and related matters are attended to promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all patients’ enquiries are attended to promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Plan and ensure strong patient management process.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma or Degree qualification, preferably in Accounting, Business management or Hospitality.
• At least 3-5years of working experience in front line hospitality or service industry.
• Proven competent track record to handle various patient visits transactions, with specialized competence in at least one or two areas of the primary business office functions.
• Willing to work on shift rotation schedule, weekends and public holiday.
