PCBA Repairing Operator

*Perform repair and rework on PCB/PCBA products according to work instructions.
*Identify and troubleshoot basic PCB/PCBA defects found during production or inspection.
*Perform soldering, component replacement and rework as required.
*Use basic tools and equipment such as soldering iron, hot air station and multimeter.
*Follow repair procedures, SOP, ESD requirements and quality standards.
*Inspect repaired boards to ensure the repair is completed properly.
*Record repair and defect information accurately.
*Separate defective and repaired products to prevent product mixing.
*Report serious or repeated defects to the supervisor or relevant department.
*Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the repair workstation.
