The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Consultants . In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
- Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.
- Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin (bonus to have)
