Job Responsibility

  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Prepare offer letter, agreement or other relevant documents.
  • Assist in new employee on boarding process.
  • Assist in employee termination process including dismissal and resignation
  • Assist in-house training coordination, including training registration, record updating and all necessary arrangement.
  • Work closely with immediate superior to ensure HR and Admin department run smoothly.
  • Other administrative tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and management

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR projects.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
