Job Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letter, agreement or other relevant documents.
- Assist in new employee on boarding process.
- Assist in employee termination process including dismissal and resignation
- Assist in-house training coordination, including training registration, record updating and all necessary arrangement.
- Work closely with immediate superior to ensure HR and Admin department run smoothly.
- Other administrative tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and management
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR projects.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Practical experience in HR tasks and processes.
