Job Responsibility
- Assist guest and doing whatever IT takes to ensure guestâs satisfaction.
- Inspect all operating systems and components of the property to ensure they are operating properly.
- Promptly respond to front desk reports of guests problems or concerns, updates the front desk when issue(s) rectified.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or makes recommendations for repairs, of all building components and furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Advises if external contractor is needed.
- Understands and applies all properties safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guest.
- Remain ON-CALL as scheduled to respond to emergency guestâs and property issues that may arise after working hours.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so that prompt corrective action can be taken.
- House keeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Min Qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience working as a building/facilities maintenance technician.
- Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required.
- Preferable have professional license or certification in one of the following areas; Electrician, HVAC, Plumber/Pipefitter, Automation/Controls, Machining, Welding.
- Basic knowledge in trouble shooting will be added advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia & can understand simple English.
