Job description:

• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Conduct internal & external audits of the IMS to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement ESG strategies in line with corporate objectives. Monitor and report on ESG performance, ensuring transparency and accountability. Coordinating and monitoring the ESG (SDG) reporting and data compilation.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory, IMS, ESG reports and filings to regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Train employees on compliance, IMS, ESG policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring awareness and understanding across the organization.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with company law and corporate governance standards.
• Assist in corporate secretarial duties, including board resolutions and annual filings.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or other professional qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of integrated management principles, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ESG).
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IMS (ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001) and ESG.
• Experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 – RM4,500.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
