Project Manager

*Plan and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
*Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
*Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
*Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
*Manage project budgets and perform cost control throughout the lifecycle of the project.
*Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with the schedule and quality expectations.
*Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
*Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
*Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for projects.
*Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the job site.
