• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers through both online and in-store channels.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Support both online and retail sales operations, including merchandising and product displays.
• Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and sales events.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
