- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent
- Conduct product demonstation to customer online and offline
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Work on both online and in-store sales activities, including product displays
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Assist in marketing activities, including content creation and live sessions
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on current offerings
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, disciplined, and well-organized
