Job Responsibility
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Administrative duties include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and submitting documents to relevant departments.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Ad hoc work
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Minimum SPM education qualification
- Have own transport
- Sound interested in the automotive industry
- Able to speak in Malay and English
- Willing to work at Hartamas and travel within Klang Valley area
