Job Responsibility

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Administrative duties include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and submitting documents to relevant departments.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Ad hoc work

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Minimum SPM education qualification
  • Have own transport
  • Sound interested in the automotive industry
  • Able to speak in Malay and English
  • Willing to work at Hartamas and travel within Klang Valley area
