Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at GPROP, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, identify market opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. 

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create content for digital and traditional marketing channels
• Manage and optimize online presence (SEO, SEM, website content)
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Analyze sales data and marketing metrics
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
• Conduct pitches and presentations
• Monitor and report on sales performance

Job Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Having years of experience will be a plus.
• Effective communication skills in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Must have own transportation. 
• Must be willing to travel for work to outstations. 
• Strong goal orientation and customer focus.
