Description Jobs :

1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
2. Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
3. Assist customers in finding products, answering their questions, and resolving any issues.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
5. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the store’s POS system.
6. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, store products, and promotions.
7. Share product information and styling tips with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
8. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
9. Assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
10. Replenish stock and manage inventory levels as needed.
11. Work closely with team members and management to achieve store goals.
12. Participate in store meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
13. Provide support in other areas of the store as needed.

Job Requirements

• SPM/Level & above
• Experience in retail service
• Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively.
• Clear and effective communication both with customers and team members.
• Ability to upsell or suggest additional products to customers in a subtle, non-pushy manner.
• Capable of keeping the retail environment organized, including managing stock, merchandise displays, and tidy aisles.
• Ensure products are priced correctly, displays are neat, and items are in their proper locations.
• Ability to think on your feet and find solutions for customer concerns or operational challenges.
