Description Jobs :
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering their questions, and resolving any issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the store’s POS system.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, store products, and promotions.
- Share product information and styling tips with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
- Replenish stock and manage inventory levels as needed.
- Work closely with team members and management to achieve store goals.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide support in other areas of the store as needed.
Job Requirements
- SPM/Level & above
- Experience in retail service
- Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints or issues calmly and effectively.
- Clear and effective communication both with customers and team members.
- Ability to upsell or suggest additional products to customers in a subtle, non-pushy manner.
- Capable of keeping the retail environment organized, including managing stock, merchandise displays, and tidy aisles.
- Ensure products are priced correctly, displays are neat, and items are in their proper locations.
- Ability to think on your feet and find solutions for customer concerns or operational challenges.
