Designation : IT Executive
Qualification : Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science
Experience : Minimum at least 1 year experience on IT Support or Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Other Requirement :
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Excellent customer relation skills in order to provide flawless support for them
Proficient in Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2016
Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications
Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems
Good knowledge of various networking concepts
Monitor all the CCTV camera equipment including the Digital Video Recorder
Knowledge about IFCA system is an advantage
Manage and monitor Wi-Fi
