Job Responsibility
- Promote and sell vehicles to potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and developments
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales growth
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare and submit sales reports as required by management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the showroom
- Fluency in multiple languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage)
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Ford wildtruck and their features is a plus
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
