CNC Machine Operator (Turret Punch) | Seri Kembangan

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Bending / Punching)

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Work Hours: 12-Hour rotational shift work (8am-8pm, 8pm-8am)

Key Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machine to produce precision parts
• Verify conformance of finished work piece to specification using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer)
• Responsible for operational activities relating to bending machines
• Liaise with Warehouse and Production to ensure smooth flow of material and component supply
• Improve and sustain housekeeping
• Support in training as and when required
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years direct working experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances
• Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)
• Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Physically fit to perform all required duties
• Independent self-starter
• Team player, able to work with all levels
