Job Description

  • Perform the daily accounting operational duties such as account receivable and payments verification.
  • Provide support on daily accounting tasks.
  • Key in accounts related transactions into accounting report.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar industry i.e., Customer Service/ Property Management/ Real Estate/ Property Developer.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate that has experience in using accounting software such as AutoCount is preferred.
