Essential Functions/Responsibilities:  

• Responsible to manage, lead and supervise a team to achieve the organizational objectives. 
• Be the area owner and accountable for the area / department performance metrics such as safety, quality, ROCK, etc. 
• Provide proper training to the associates and ensure they are certified to perform their job with the tools provided according to the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) / WI (Work Instruction). 
• Conduct regular 1:1 and weekly communication meetings with associates to provide/receive updates, feedback, and discuss development and calibration of expectations. 
• Ensure a safe working environment for associates with enforcement of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) compliance. 
• Ensure product is produced according to the print and provide guidance on material acceptance criteria to inspectors or other team members. 
• Identify and coordinate timely containment of any nonconforming materials and escalate any issues that are impacting OTD. 
• Responsible for overall quality of the inspection processes, as well as identifying and promoting continuous improvement to efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with OSS / Production and align and prioritize inspection workloads to meet daily shipment demands. 
• Assist with controlling and monitoring measurement equipment and calibrations, in applicable areas. 
• Provide corrective action and investigation support when requested. 
• Assist in maintaining all relevant Work Instructions, SOP’s, Training Documents, and Workmanship Standards. 
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by Superior or Management. 

Required Experience: 

• 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, or Operations Supervision. 
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously as priorities can change very quickly. 
• Experience with quality system. 
• Electronic industry experience is highly desired but not required. 
• Lifting Requirements: Medium Work – Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist. 
• Must be able to sit for more than 90 consecutive minutes and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs. 
• Ability to use calipers, OGP, Micro-Vu, and various measuring devices. 

Education: 

• High school education or equivalent.
