Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing and recruiting new talent for the company and coordinating the hiring process. You will also be responsible for building relationships with candidates and assisting with onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Talent sourcing and recruitment experience
• Interviewing and assessment skills
• Knowledge of hiring processes and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
