- Maintain a respectable appearance while on duty in accordance with company regulations, projecting an image of courtesy, respectability, and professionalism.
- Manage the overall sales process, including walk-in and phone/email clientele, showcasing advanced selling skills to provide quality customer service for complex product sales.
- Actively participate in developing new sales opportunities and client relationships.
- Provide operational support for marketing events.
- Receive, check, and unpack stock, ensuring goods received are in order, and conduct daily stock counts.
- Ensure tidiness and presentability of merchandise and displays, coordinating with visual merchandising and A&P personnel on concepts/theme planning.
- Conduct quarterly reviews/updates of window displays for each collection and manage product rotation to enhance visual displays.
- Create new POS display themes as necessary and assist in executing sales promotional programs.
- Keep track, update, and file all sales documents/records and paperwork, ensuring easy reference and retrieval by the accounts department.
- Provide guidance to junior staff on procedures, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the boutique at all times.
- Ensure an optimal customer experience in the boutique for new sales, customer service (repairs), and all visitors.
- Provide reliable, accurate, and first-class customer service with in-depth product knowledge and pricing, including estimates and repair explanations.
- Actively participate in Customer Relationship Management data collection and ensure the welcoming of aftersales customers and all related tasks.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to transfer customers' repair watches for necessary actions.
- Ensure stock levels in the boutique align with management's direction, report discrepancies to management, and assist in investigating and rectifying issues, proposing corrective actions.
