Training & Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Design effective training programs according to company requirements.
• Conduct workshops, individual training session etc.
• Prepare training materials.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs for all employees besides maintaining their training records.
• Work closely with HOD to identify departmental training needs and conduct annual training needs analysis.
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain & Upkeep Training Records
• Prepare & Execute annual training calendar.
• To be fully compliant with company’s policies and procedures.
• Notwithstanding the above functions, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management
  
   

Job Responsibilities

 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or Business Studies or any other equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in training / education related 
• Must be proficiency in MS Office, Excel & PPT
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Great communications skills
