Job Description:

1. Legal Matters:
   • Handle all legal matters from initiation to completion, ensuring effective document management and meeting tight deadlines.
   • Follow up and liaise with clients and agencies, performing tasks assigned by the firm while ensuring legal documents comply with requirements and best practices.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Attend, participate, and represent the firm at business-related events or associations, developing and generating business in line with the Firm’s KPIs.
   • Lead and mentor junior legal staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
   • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-through on issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lawyer and/or Syariah lawyer, emphasizing legal matters
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken language
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and reliability
• Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with minimum supervision
• Own personal transport
