Job Responsibility Your Role And Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Handle monthly payroll processing and statutory payments
- Keep all HR documentation up-to-date
- Ensure compliance with the latest employment acts, labor laws, and company policies
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to speak and read in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Education: Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Human Resource Management
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Dedicated, responsible, and committed to work
- Able to work under pressure
- Independent and capable of multitasking with minimal supervision
