Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required skill(s): Computer, communication, and negotiation skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing materials based on price, quality, and delivery speed from local and overseas.
• Involved in getting quotations, cost comparisons, and price negotiations with vendors.
• Liaise with vendors including issuing and following up on Purchase Orders, delivery, and shipment schedules for materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities for materials.
• Keep updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Assist in supplier performance evaluation.
