Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, handling customer communications, and assisting with financial tasks. Your expertise in Excel and strong organizational skills will help streamline our administrative processes and ensure accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and ensuring document accuracy.
  • Download and update data daily to maintain up-to-date information.
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for executives and staff.
  • Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Perform basic finance operations

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions and data management.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
