Sales Officer

Job Responsibility

• Identify potential clients in the export market and build strong relationships with them.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
• Promote our company's products to potential clients, including presenting product features and benefits, and conducting product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring they are in line with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the export team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis, including sales forecasts and budgets.

Job Requirements

• Able speak in Mandarin and English.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales will be highly preferable, especially in the export market.
• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.
