Senior Controlling Analyst

Month End Close and Reporting

· Manage and support the month end close together with India Finance team to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

· Preparation of accrual workings for designated expense categories

· Work with stakeholders to improve the quality and timeliness of inputs provided for book closure

· Complete monthly routines and P&L reporting packs for Regional submission

· Prepare required schedules and documentation for external audits

Manufacturing Controlling and Costing

· Analysis of Manufacturing variances and provide clear actionable insight

· Prepare and communicate cost analyses and Saving Plan results, highlighting key variances and corrective actions

· Execute price and cost updates in SAP and maintain Price Lists

· Monitor moving average prices, investigating anomalies ad needed

· Review Bill of Material updates and monitor stock write-offs

Budgeting and Forecasting

· Support the preparation of the Annual Budget and Rolling Forecast.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights for forecast updates

CAPEX

· Track Capex ROI and monitor spending against plan

Business Partnering:

· Partner closely with manufacturing teams, providing financial insights and advisory support to achieve targets

Continuous Improvement and Digitalisation:

· Document and maintain of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
