The introduction of the insurance service further enhances the range of products and services offered by our client in Malaysia to provide total solutions for the best profitability for Malaysian express bus and truck operators.

Job Description:

1. Maintain assigned accounts covering all aspects from after sales, parts & contract debt collection.
2. Maintain assigned accounts to ensure good debt collection.
3. Take necessary action against overdue accounts.
4. Handle, report & resolve customer queries.
5. Negotiate payment & restructuring plan with customers.
6. Provide detailed account reconciliations.
7. Work according to the credit policy to maximise collection and reduce overdue debt.
8. Provide necessary information and analysis on pre-defined routines and on ad-hoc bases when requested.
9. Meet customers periodically to discuss, negotiate & plan course of action to recover overdue debt.

Job Requirements:

1. Education background - Diploma.
2. Relevant business knowledge and experience.
3. Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, well organized and highly committed to work.
4. Ability to multi-task and hands-on to deliver with minimal supervision.
5. Strong communication skills with proficiency in verbal & written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
6. Proficient in key aspects of IS/IT specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
7. Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Remuneration:
RM 5,000 - RM 8,000
