Our technology starts with you.****YOUR ROLE**An SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) Manager role focuses on ensuring suppliers consistently deliver materials that meet quality ,reliability and delivery requirement.* Manage supplier quality performance* Lead Supplier quality qualification and approval process* Conduct supplier audit (IATF,VDA 6.3 ,ISO process audit)* Drive supplier SCAR,8D,CAPA* Handle supplier -related quality issue and containment* Work with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, planning* Ensure incoming material meet specification* Lead the continuous improvement with suppliers* Manage supplier changes notification and validation* Manage the QA Engineering and QC operator**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES*** Degree in Engineering or sciences* 5 years* Certified VDA 6.3 lead auditor, IATF 16949 lead auditor,* Problem solving, 5why,fishbone,8D, FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP* Leadership & CommunicationST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
